I’m always asking others to step out of their comfort zone, well now it’s my turn :) In loving memory of my Mum Janka and Mother-in-Law Kathy, I’m swapping my dancing shoes for sparkly trainers. The London Marathon has always been on my bucket list and now I get to run in the 40th year of this inspiring event just before I turn 40 myself.
As many of you already are aware the heroes at the Cynthia Spencer hospice offered invaluable care and support to my dad, me and our family when we were facing our worst nightmare. From the amazing doctors, nurses, and facilities to the support we received to remember my dad, nearly 8 years on I still want to do what I can to ensure the same can be provided to other families facing the same situation.
I will be running London Marathon 2020 on April 26th in loving memory of my amazing Dad. All of your generous donations will go towards Cynthia Spencer Hospice where he was so looked after with so much care. Completing this challenge will only just scratch the surface in comparison to the work they do at the hospice.
I have been lucky enough to be entered into the London 2020 Marathon. I will be running on behalf of Cynthia Spencer Hospice which is a fantastic charity. My aim is to complete the course in a reasonable time but the most important result is what I raise for the hospice. Please give as much as you can to this great cause.
Cynthia Spencer is a charity close to myself and my family! Cynthia Spencer is an incredible charity supporting families at their time of need, the care and support they provide are second to none and they are always willing to go that extra mile, running the London marathon, for this amazing charity will help to ensure the care and support is continued and provided to others during their difficult times!
