Heart Failure Group

People with heart failure can often experience a wide range of distressing symptoms, which can negatively impact on their quality of life. Common symptoms in heart failure can include lack of energy, breathlessness, fatigue, weight loss and feeling sad.

Who is the Heart Failure Programme for?

The programme is for anyone who has heart failure and you are welcome to bring a friend or relative with you if you choose.

What does it involve?

We will continue to support patients with one to one telephone appointments or virtual one to one meetings. Support with using technology will be provided too if required. Community visits are also possible where the patient requires this instead of telephone or virtual support.
