What is Tai Chi?

This gentle form of exercise can help improve and maintain: strength, flexibility, balance and general feeling of wellbeing. Tai Chi is often described as ‘meditation in motion’ and can also help to reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety.

Programme 

Our brand new online seated Tai Chi will be made available via Microsoft teams. Participants would have an online individual assessment first to get set up with access to Microsoft Teams and ensure the group is appropriate for them. This will be a 6 week programme and patients can use our new seated Tai Chi video in between regular sessions for practice.
