Pre-booking your donation appointment is essential and unfortunately you will be turned away if you arrive without an appointment slot. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
This is to allow our amazing team of staff and volunteers time to process donations- making sure we raise as much money as possible for our charity.
Booking your appointment is quick and easy, simply choose a day and time that works for you.
Next, you'll receive a confirmation email from us, simply bring that on the day with your appointment with your wonderful items and your Gift Aid details. Don't worry if you're not already signed up for Gift Aid, we can do that on the day.
We always need good quality items to sell so if you don’t need it, don’t throw it away! You can donate to us in many simple ways.
If you are planning to donate, please make sure that you add gift aid to boost the value of your donation by 25%.
