Pre-booking your donation appointment is essential and unfortunately, due to COVID procedures you will be turned away if you arrive without an appointment slot.
This is because we still have to quarantine donations for 48 hours to help keep our staff and volunteers safe from COVID.
The wellbeing of our customers, donors, staff and volunteers is, as always, our main priority. To make sure you have a safe and enjoyable visit, we have put safety measures in place.
In line with current government restrictions, all customers and donors visiting our shop and donation station must please wear face coverings while in store and dropping off donations.

Prior to arriving please read the following information carefully:
We will also be limiting what and how much people can donate - a maximum of 6 bags or boxes per person.
Please ensure all bags and boxes are sealed up well. Please don't bring anything too heavy or bulky as we want this to be a quick drop-off process and want to be as fair as we can to everyone.
If you are signed up for Gift Aid you can label boxes and bags yourself - please attach a label or paper to each bag or box with your post code, surname and Gift Aid number on if you have one of our supporter cards. If you are not currently signed up to Gift Aid but you would like to, you can find the link here
Simply fill out the form and tape it to one of your bags, on the other bags write your name and postcode.
Please be patient with us as we anticipate being extremely busy and will obviously be observing social distancing safety measures to protect you and our volunteers.
We always need good quality items to sell so if you don’t need it, don’t throw it away! You can donate to us in many simple ways.
If you are planning to donate, please make sure that you add gift aid to boost the value of your donation by 25%.
