The wellbeing of our customers, donors, staff and volunteers is, as always, our main priority. As such we have made the decision to close our shop and donation station in line with the current lockdown restrictions.
Any pre-booked donation drop off appointments will have been automatically cancelled and we not currently offering a collection service.
Where possible, we kindly ask you store your donations until the end of lockdown and then visit our online shop to pre-book your donation appointment.
Due to COVID19 we can only accept donations by appointment at this point. To book an appointment please click this link or call 01604 973349
Please bear in mind that if you don't have an appointment I'm afraid we will have to turn you away (sorry).
Prior to arriving please read the following information carefully:
We will also be limiting what and how much people can donate - a maximum of 6 bags (clothing, books etc.) and 4 cardboard boxes (household items, toys etc.) per person. From the 3 December we will be accepting furniture.
Please ensure all bags and boxes are sealed up well. Please don't bring anything too heavy or bulky as we want this to be a quick drop-off process and want to be as fair as we can to everyone.
If you are signed up for Gift Aid you can label boxes and bags yourself - please attach a label or paper to each bag or box with your post code, surname and Gift Aid number on if you have one of our supporter cards. If you are not currently signed up to Gift Aid but you would like to, you can find the link here
Simply fill out the form and tape it to one of your bags, on the other bags write your name and postcode.
Please be patient with us as we anticipate being extremely busy and will obviously be observing social distancing safety measures to protect you and our volunteers.
Thank you
