Can I Click and Collect online purchases?
Yes - Click and Collect is available from our Donations Station (Pondwood House, Pondwood Close, Northampton, NN3 6RT) between 9:30 and 4:30 Monday to Friday. Please make sure that you bring either a valid piece of ID or your order confirmation.
Please allow 24hrs for our team to prepare your order.
Can I return an unwanted item?
Yes - as long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns within 28 days.
How long will it take to process a refund?
We aim to refund you within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. (Buyer pays return postage unless the item is faulty)
